After more than 41 years of production, the Cooper Sport represented the ultimate evolution of the original Mini, with the Sport 500 forming a special final batch of just 500 cars. The Sport 500 specification included the distinctive Sport Pack bodywork with wider arches, 13-inch alloy wheels, full leather interior, alloy dashboard and contrasting Platinum Silver roof. Genuine Sport 500 models also feature a special plaque within the glovebox identifying them as one of the final 500 Minis built to the original Sir Alec Issigonis design.
